Human Touch organises Digital Poster Competition
Human Touch Foundation, a youth-focused organization working for demand reduction programmes in drug abuse, has announced a Digital Poster Competition to mark International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
The poster competition is organised under the campaign ‘Yes to Life’; run by Human Touch Foundation to increase awareness on the dangers of drugs among school children, to identify and support anti-drugs youth ambassadors, to increase youth participation in drug prevention, counselling and rehabilitation services, and finally to contribute to the reduction of drug/alcohol abuse among youths in the State of Goa.
Through poster making, young people can play a key role in raising awareness and correcting misconceptions about behaviours which are harmful to their peers. The poster competition is open in three categories, i.e. high school, higher secondary schools and colleges. Submissions need to be registered and sent to email@example.com. The competition aims to engage all stakeholders in working collectively, each in their field, to spread awareness among the younger generation on drug abuse that can negatively affect their health.

There is a critical need to address the issue as it threatens to erode the fabric of our social order with our future generations falling prey to drug abuse.
