The Workshop

‘Food as Therapy’ is the method of evoking your physical and mental sense of wellness by developing a healthy relationship with food. What we eat directly influences how we feel, behave, and process experiences. Our views on food and the ways we engage with what goes into our bodies are woven into the fabric of our wellbeing. With busy lifestyles, and an impersonal food industry, the need to connect with our food, and in turn ourselves, is more crucial than ever. As pioneers of creating a residential food therapy space, we offer the opportunity for you to engage deeply in an experiential learning environment with a small, intimate group. The workshop will be held amidst the tranquility of nature, in the scenic village of Corjuem, Goa. We hope to illustrate the transformational experience of using food as therapy and healing in a nurturing, professional and safe retreat environment.

The Facilitator

Hanna Sarangan is a health chef who finds joy and fulfillment in reconnecting people with their bodies. She provides a personal and nutritious farm-to-table culinary experience that nurtures people at their roots—in taste and emotion. Hanna’s nutritional guidance addresses a variety of physical and mental health issues, diseases, and chronic conditions. Drawing from different schools of thought, she tailors her advice to suit each individual’s specific needs and circumstances.
